中草药针剂与输液配伍后 ,不溶性微粒往往会增加 ,给患者造成危害 ,我们将两种不同厂家的清开灵注射液分别与生理盐水配伍 ,检测配伍前后不溶性微粒的变化 ,并进行比较 ,现报告如下 :仪器与药品 :ZWF- 4型注射液微粒分析仪SW- CJ- IB标准型净化工作台 ;生理盐水 ;清开灵注射液
After compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine injections and infusions, insoluble particulates tend to increase and cause harm to patients. We used two different manufacturers’ Qingkailing injections in combination with normal saline to detect changes in insoluble particulates before and after compatibility, and to compare them. The followings are as follows: Instruments and Drugs: ZWF-4 Injection Microparticle Analyzer SW-CJ- IB Standard Purification Workbench; Saline; Qingkailing Injection
