人本管理的思想是把人作为管理的核心,通过各种激励方式充分发挥员工的工作积极性和创造性,引导员工实现预定的企业发展目标的管理思想。经过分析发现,内控环境各项要素最终归结到“人”的行为和能力上,所以试图将人本管理的思想应用到内部控制环境的建设中,通过建设人本管理思想下的新型内控组织结构、构建“以人为本”的内控企业文化及提高员工内控意识三方面来完善内控环境建设。
The idea of people-oriented management is to regard people as the core of management and give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of employees through various kinds of incentive methods so as to guide staffs to realize the management thought of predetermined enterprise development goals. After the analysis, we find that the various elements of the internal control environment are ultimately attributed to the behavior and ability of “people”. Therefore, we try to apply the principle of human-centered management to the construction of internal control environment. By building a new type of internal control Organizational structure, building a “people-oriented” internal control corporate culture and improve staff awareness of internal control from three aspects to improve the internal control environment.
