采用现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康监护相结合的综合评价方法,对某玻璃钢救生艇厂存在的主要职业病危害因素,如粉尘、化学有害物质(苯乙烯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙酮、丁酮)、噪声、手传振动等进行检测,其中粉尘合格率为58.3%,个体噪声合格率为75.0%,手传振动合格率66.7%,苯超标率为100%;且体检发现与职业危害相关的健康损害。提示企业应根据职业病危害因素浓(强)度超标原因,有针对性地采取防尘、防毒、防噪、防振动措施。
