近几年,随着改革开放的不断深入,教育领域也进入了一个新的历史发展时期,沉寂了30多年的民办教育又重新兴起并蓬勃发展。幼儿教育作为最早被开放的民办教育领域,也如雨后春笋,民办幼儿园数量大、覆盖广,已是我国民办教育事业的重要组成部分,为我国幼儿教育的发展注入了生机和活力;它的兴起与发展,增加了教育投资,拓宽了办园之路,为广大幼儿提供了更多接受早期教育的机会,缓解了政府对幼儿教育事业投入的不足,满足了广大家长的需求。但是随着民办幼儿园数量的迅速增长,一系列的不规范办园行为严重阻碍了民办幼儿园的健康发展,成为学前教育理论发展和教育实践改进亟须解决的问题。正是基于此,南通大学教育科学学院陶金玲老师在作了大量调查研究的基础上用“自己”独特的眼光和角度探索私营幼儿园发展的特殊规律,并提出管理对策,为私营幼儿园的规范发展提供理论依据和具体的可行性策略,为政府的科学决策服务,为私营幼儿园依法办园的实践服务。从本期开始,我们将连续刊登陶金玲教授的系列文章,以引起大家对民办幼儿园的关注和研究,促进民办幼儿园研究的深化,保证其健康发展。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the field of education has also entered a new period of historical development. The private education that lasted for more than 30 years has once again emerged and flourished. Early childhood education, as the first private education field to be opened up, is also springing up. The large number and wide coverage of private kindergartens have become an important part of private education in our country, injecting vigor and vitality into the development of early childhood education in our country. Development and investment in education, broadening the road to running parks and providing more opportunities for young children to receive early education, alleviating the government’s inadequate investment in early childhood education and meeting the needs of the majority of parents. However, with the rapid growth of the number of private kindergartens, a series of non-standard behavior of park management seriously hampered the healthy development of private kindergartens, becoming an urgent issue to be solved in the development of pre-school education and the improvement of educational practice. Based on this, Tao Jinling, a professor of Nantong University’s College of Education and Science, made extensive investigations and studies and explored the special laws governing the development of private kindergartens in the light of their own unique perspectives and proposed management strategies for private kindergartens Provide a theoretical basis for the development of norms and specific feasibility of the strategy for the government’s scientific decision-making services for private kindergartens in accordance with the law to do the practice of garden services. From the beginning of this issue, we will publish a series of articles by Professor Tao Jinling continuously to arouse people’s attention and research on private kindergartens, promote the deepening of the research on private kindergartens and ensure their healthy development.
