利用INVENTOR和DEFORM软件建立齿轮锻造成型的CAD/CAE系统,分析了坯料在锻模型腔中的充型情况,以及锻件温度场和应力场的分布情况。模拟结果显示,锻模设计合理,锻件完整,没有出现折叠或充不满等缺陷;锻件的温度梯度分布随材料流动阻力的变化而变化;锻件从制坯到终锻成型过程中,有效应力与模具载荷的变化趋势大致相同,但两者的峰值并不出现于同一阶段。
The gear forging CAD / CAE system was established by using INVENTOR and DEFORM software. The filling behavior of blank in die cavity was analyzed, and the distribution of temperature field and stress field of forging were also analyzed. The simulation results show that forging die design is reasonable, the forging is complete without defects such as folding or dissatisfaction; the temperature gradient distribution of forging varies with the flow resistance of the material; forging from the blank to the final forging forming process, the effective stress and die The trend of load changes roughly the same, but the peak of the two does not appear in the same stage.
