目的探讨应用单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)治疗泌尿系统肿瘤的临床安全性及可行性。方法选取本院2009年1月~2012年12月50例泌尿系统肿瘤患者,应用单孔腹腔镜技术治疗,分析其手术时间、术中出血量、术中并发症、住院时间等。结果患者根据肿瘤情况予以不同手术治疗方法,效果明显,无严重并发症,无术后继发性感染。结论 LESS治疗泌尿系统肿瘤具有较高安全性与可行性。
Objective To investigate the clinical safety and feasibility of single hole laparoscopic surgery (LESS) in the treatment of urinary system tumors. Methods Fifty patients with urinary system tumors from January 2009 to December 2012 in our hospital were treated with single-hole laparoscopy. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative complications and hospital stay were analyzed. Results According to the tumor patients underwent different surgical treatment, the effect is obvious, no serious complications, no postoperative secondary infection. Conclusion LESS has high safety and feasibility in treating urinary system tumors.
