目的探讨济南市乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量影响因素。方法对济南市65家乡镇卫生院进行问卷调查,数据采用EPI Data 3.1软件录入,SPSS 21进行单因素和多因素非条件逻辑回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,人员平均传染病报告工作年限5年及以上、是否1人负责传染病报告管理工作、乡镇卫生院传染病诊断种数10种及以上等三个因素为济南市乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量的影响因素。多因素分析显示,是否1人负责传染病报告管理工作、乡镇卫生院传染病诊断种数10种及以上是报告质量的影响因素。结论济南市乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量与是否1人负责传染病报告管理工作、乡镇卫生院传染病诊断种数10种及以上密切相关,应予以重点关注。
Objective To explore the influencing factors on the reporting quality of infectious diseases in township hospitals in Jinan. Methods Sixty-five township hospitals in Jinan were surveyed by questionnaire. The data were recorded by EPI Data 3.1 software. SPSS 21 was used for univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that average working age of infectious diseases reporting was 5 years and over, whether 1 person was responsible for the management of infectious disease reports, 10 kinds of infectious diseases diagnosed by township hospitals and above were the three factors of Jinan City Township Hospital Influencing Factors of Infectious Disease Reporting Quality. Multivariate analysis showed that whether one person was responsible for infectious disease report management or not, 10 or more kinds of infectious diseases diagnosed in township hospitals were the influencing factors of report quality. Conclusion The quality of report of infectious diseases in township hospitals in Jinan is closely related to whether one person is responsible for the management of infectious disease reports and 10 or more kinds of infectious diseases diagnosed in township hospitals, so attention should be paid to them.
