以厦门嵩屿燃煤电厂第一电除尘机组前采集的飞灰为样品,筛选出不同粒径的飞灰,采用X射线衍射对样品进行成分检测。建立模拟烟气实验台,采用Ontario Hydro方法作为检测方法,对不同粒径、飞灰成分、烟气组分条件下,烟气中影响汞氧化的因素进行实验研究。结果表明:飞灰的成分主要包括Al2O3、SiO2、MgO、CaO、Fe2O3,飞灰各组分对汞的氧化都具有促进作用,效果较为明显的是Al2O3和CaO。分析大中小3种粒径对汞氧化的影响,得出大粒径飞灰更能促进汞的氧化。同时也验证了气体组分中O2和HCl对汞氧化的促进作用。
Taking the fly ash collected in front of the first ESP unit of Xiamen Songyu Coal-fired Power Plant as sample, the fly ash of different particle sizes was screened out, and the composition of the sample was detected by X-ray diffraction. A simulated flue gas experimental bench was set up and the Ontario Hydro method was used as the testing method to study the factors affecting the mercury oxidation in flue gas with different particle sizes, fly ash components and flue gas components. The results show that the components of fly ash mainly include Al2O3, SiO2, MgO, CaO, Fe2O3 and fly ash, respectively. All the components of the fly ash promote the oxidation of mercury, and the obvious effects are Al2O3 and CaO. The effect of three kinds of grain sizes on the mercury oxidation was analyzed. It was concluded that large particle size fly ash could promote the oxidation of mercury. At the same time, it was also verified that the promotion of mercury oxidation by O2 and HCl in gas components.
