预拌混凝土是涉及建筑工程主体结构安全的重要材料,具有生产、使用管理的特殊性。违规生产,使用不合格预拌混凝土,会直接影响建筑工程质量和结构安全。笔者根据从业经验就落实混凝土质量责任方面浅谈几点看法,以供交流学习。
Ready-mixed concrete is an important material involved in the structural safety of construction projects, with the particularity of production and use management. Illegal production, use unqualified ready-mixed concrete, will directly affect the quality of construction and structural safety. The author based on experience in the implementation of concrete quality responsibility to talk about several points for the exchange of learning.
