介绍了力矩限制器的工作原理 ,指出单双吊点的塔式起重机的起升特性的确定方法是不一样的 ,对单吊点的塔式起重机的起升特性可以通过力矩曲线方程 :(Q +q) (x -r) =M额 确定 ,对双吊点塔式起重机则要通过求解超静定结构的方法来确定起升特性。利用单位力法导出了求解双吊点塔式起重机起升特性的计算机算法 ,并以QTZ315为例说明几种起升特性的差别和此算法的可靠性。
The working principle of the torque limiter is introduced. It is pointed out that the method for determining the lifting characteristics of tower crane with single and double points is different. The lifting characteristics of tower crane with single lifting point can be expressed by the equation of torque curve: (Q + q) (x -r) = M amount to determine, for double-lift tower cranes, the lifting behavior is determined by solving the statically indeterminate structure. Using the unit force method, a computer algorithm for solving the lifting characteristics of double-lift point tower cranes was derived. The differences between several lifting characteristics and the reliability of the algorithm were illustrated with QTZ315 as an example.
