在体外研究了一个哈栖木霉(T、h)分离体对烟草腐霉(P、a)分离体的拮抗活性。哈栖木霉直接作用腐霉,引起菌丝的溶解。哈栖木霉对腐霉的抗生活性已弄清楚了。在温室中,用木霉的小麦麸制剂拌土,可有效地减少猝倒病。结合栖木霉的施用同时,用matalaxyl处理种子,烟草猝倒病有最好的控制。用选择培养基测定土壤中哈栖木霉和腐霉的数量。
Antagonistic activity of a T. harzianum (T, h) isolate on the isolates of Pythium nicotianae (P, a) was studied in vitro. Trichoderma harzianum direct role of Pythium, causing the mycelium dissolved. Trichoderma harzianum antimicrobial activity has been clarified. In the greenhouse, wheat bran formulations with Trichoderma mix soil, which can effectively reduce the damping off disease. In combination with the application of Trichoderma reesei, the treatment of seeds with matalaxyl gave the best control of the damping-off of tobacco. The selection medium was used to determine the amount of Trichoderma harzianum and Pythium in soil.
