These ligands contain two independent chelating groups, which can coordinate with metal ions respectively when appropriate. In (2 5.0 ± 0 .1) ℃, I = 0. 1 mol.dm-3 Na NO3, the stability constants of binary complexes of ligand: metal ion = 2: 3 (molar ratio of substance) The possible conformations of species are discussed on the basis of titration data
