提出大学生发展可分为三阶段五层次,并分析了各阶段的主要心理特点与其相应的教育对策。对高校遵循大学生内在的发展规律,培养符合社会要求的合格人才,在认识上有一定的理论意义和较强的应用价值。
It is suggested that the development of undergraduates can be divided into three stages and five levels, and the main psychological characteristics of each stage and corresponding educational strategies are analyzed. It is of certain theoretical significance and strong application value to follow the inner laws of undergraduates in colleges and universities and cultivate qualified talents in conformity with social requirements.
