报道了一种新的合成多颜色荧光碳掺杂的二氧化硅,与以往的溶胶凝胶制备方法不同,利用浓硫酸在较低温度下对正硅酸四乙酯的脱水作用,制备了粉红色的荧光产物,这说明产物在可见光区域有吸收。荧光测试表明产物表现出多颜色荧光的特性,化学分析显示产物为无定形二氧化硅,并含有少量的碳,少量的碳在产物中以C—O键和C=O的形式存在。由于掺杂在二氧化硅结构中的掺杂有C,由此导致的缺陷成为荧光中心,使产物具有较强的荧光。

A small amount of carbon was present in the product as C-O bond and C═O. Since doping in the silica structure is doped with C, the resulting defect becomes a fluorescence center, giving the product a strong fluorescence.
