目的 探讨毫米波对人舌鳞癌细胞增殖的影响。方法 用频率为 3 6.9GHz、功率密度为 5~ 2 5mW /cm2 的毫米波 (mmW )照射人舌鳞癌细胞。采用四唑盐比色试验 (MTT测定法 ) ,观察mmW对人舌鳞癌细胞增殖的影响。结果 mmW以时间依赖、非功率密度依赖方式抑制Tca8113细胞增殖 ( p <0 .0 1) ,导致癌细胞致死性变化。结论 mmW抑制人舌鳞癌细胞Tca8113增殖 ,可辅助治疗舌鳞癌。
Objective To investigate the effects of millimeter wave on human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell proliferation. Methods Human tongue squamous carcinoma cells were irradiated with millimeter wave (mmW) at a frequency of 3 6.9 GHz and a power density of 5-25 mW / cm2. The tetrazolium salt colorimetric assay (MTT assay) was used to observe the effect of mmW on human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell proliferation. Results mmW inhibited Tca8113 cell proliferation in a time-dependent and non-power-density-dependent manner (p <0.01), leading to lethal changes in cancer cells. Conclusion mmW inhibits the proliferation of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line Tca8113, which can be used to treat tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
