全面预算管理是实现企业资源优化配置,提高企业经济效益的先进而科学的管理方法。本文简单论述了通信行业实施全面预算管理的必要性及其实施流程,并在此基础上提出通信行业在实施全面预算管理时需要注意的一些问题。
Overall budget management is an advanced and scientific management method to optimize the allocation of corporate resources and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. This article briefly discusses the necessity of the implementation of the comprehensive budget management in the communication industry and its implementation process. Based on this, it puts forward some problems that the communication industry should pay attention to when implementing the overall budget management.
