动态复杂的竞争环境要求组织在充分利用已有知识的同时积极探索新机会,形成利用与探索并重的双元能力。本文以国内领先的电信设备制造企业华为为案例研究对象,从组织学习理论视角分析案例公司借助信息系统实施项目构建双元能力的历程。研究发现以组织高层为主的战略性学习和以组织基层为主的业务性学习各有分工又相互配合,企业持续学习能帮助其克服信息系统实施阻碍,挖掘系统潜力,并使组织获取不同业务领域的双元能力。
Dynamic and complex competitive environment requires that organizations make full use of existing knowledge while actively exploring new opportunities to form a dual ability to exploit and explore both. This article takes Huawei, the leading telecom equipment manufacturer in China as the case study object, and analyzes the course of how case companies build their dual capabilities with information system implementation from the perspective of organizational learning theory. The research found that the strategic learning based on high-level organization and the business-oriented learning organized mainly at the grass-roots level have their own division of labor and cooperation. Continuous learning of enterprises can help them overcome the obstacles of information system implementation, tap the potential of the system and enable the organization to obtain different businesses Field dual ability.
