目的:观察热毒宁注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法:80例确诊流行性腮腺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。热毒宁治疗组40例,给予热毒宁0.5ml/kg静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程7天;病毒唑对照组40例,给予病毒唑10mg/kg,每天1次,疗程7天;观察2组治疗前后临床症状、体征的减轻情况,2组病程及住院时间比较。结果:治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组;差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚;治疗组较对照组病程及住院时间均明显缩短。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎安全、有效、无明显副作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Renduining injection in the treatment of mumps. Methods: Eighty children diagnosed with mumps were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases each. The treatment group was given 40 doses of Radix Nuplifine 0.5ml / kg intravenously once daily for 7 days. Ribavirin control group 40 cases given ribavirin 10mg / kg once daily for 7 days. Two groups before and after treatment to observe the clinical symptoms and signs of mitigation, duration of illness and hospital stay in two groups. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the treatment group than the control group duration and hospitalization were significantly shorter. Conclusion: Renduining injection is safe and effective in the treatment of mumps without obvious side effects.
