旅游管理创新人才的培养要以能够适应社会主义市场经济建设需要,同时具备管理、经济、旅游等方面扎实的基础知识、较强的实践能力和创新精神,能在企事业单位和政府部门从事旅游管理或教学等方面工作的全面发展的应用型专门人才为目标定向培养。为实现人才培养目标和定位,我们以人才培养的内部和外显质量特征为尺度,以社会需求为起点,制定人才培养方案,根据社会反馈,修订人才培养方案,进行教学改革,再反馈到社会,接受社会评价,这样不断优化和调整人才培养方案。
