基于Deform-3D有限元软件建立Al2024、Al5052、Al6061三种铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊接热力耦合模型,分析了搅拌摩擦焊中的温度、搅拌头受力和磨损情况。结果表明,不同铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接时,搅拌头磨损速度不同。Al6061铝合金对搅拌头磨损速度最快,Al5052铝合金对搅拌头磨损速率其次,Al2024铝合金对搅拌头磨损速度最慢;搅拌头的适当磨损会使搅拌头形状改变,使其寿命增加。
Based on the Deform-3D finite element software, the thermomechanical coupling friction stir welding model of Al2024, Al5052 and Al6061 aluminum alloy was established. The temperature, friction force and wear of the stirrer were analyzed. The results show that the wear speed of the stirrer head varies with different aluminum alloy friction stir welding.
