论述并实践了攀钢3号方圆坯连铸机夹持段支撑辊列优化方案。此方案优化了夹持段辊列布置结构,减少了辊子装配数量,简化了夹持段结构。运用这种方案,可减少生产过程中的拉坯阻力,降低异常事故时滞坯的概率,且大大减少夹持段在线维护和离线检修的工作量和作业难度,降低备件消耗,从而提高连铸机的经济效益。
The optimization scheme of the support roller columns in the holding section of Pangang No.3 billet continuous casting machine is discussed and practiced. This program optimizes the clamping section roller column layout structure, reducing the number of roller assembly, simplifying the clamping section structure.
