目的 研究嗅神经鞘细胞 (OECs)在培养状态下对GABA能神经元的存活及突起生长的影响 .方法 用原代培养的方法 ,分别进行OECs和脊髓神经元的培养 ,培养 6d后 ,将OECs接种在Millipore细胞培养板的内嵌培养皿中 ,然后置入脊髓神经元的培养板中 ,使两者进行不接触的联合培养 ,培养进行至 6d ,分别作GABA免疫细胞化学染色 ,观察突起生长情况以及GABA阳性细胞计数 .结果 与OECs联合培养组 (实验组 )GABA能神经元存活为 3 9.7± 6.3 ,对照组为 2 7.6± 2 .7(P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且实验组GA BA能神经元染色较对照组深 ,突起长度 (63 0± 112 ) μm较对照组长 (2 70± 97) μm(P <0 .0 1) .结论 在体外培养状态下 ,OECs对GABA能神经元有明显的促进作用
Objective To study the effects of OECs on the survival and neurite outgrowth of GABAergic neurons under culture conditions.Methods OECs and spinal cord neurons were cultured in primary culture respectively.After cultured for 6 days, OECs Inoculated in Millipore cell culture plate embedded Petri dish, and then placed in spinal cord neurons in the plate, the two were non-contact co-culture, cultured until 6d, respectively, for GABA immunocytochemical staining to observe the growth of the protrusions And GABA positive cells were counted.Results The survival of GABAergic neurons was (3 9.7 ± 6.3) in control group and 2 7.6 ± 2.7 (P <0.05) in OECs co-culture group (experimental group) The number of neurons in BA group was deeper than that in control group (63 0 ± 112) μm longer than that in control group (2 70 ± 97) μm (P 0 01) .Conclusion Under in vitro culture conditions, Neurons have a significant role in promoting
