1991年7月13～27日,我随山东省公路局考察团赴德国弗格勒公司学习考察沥青混凝土摊铺机设备,同时参观了工厂、施工现场和公路的养护与管理。深感德国高速公路养护与管理的经验,在很多方面值得我得我们借鉴。
From July 13 to July 27, 1991, with the delegation of Shandong Provincial Highway Bureau, I went to study in Germany for the asphalt paver equipment and visited the maintenance and management of factories, construction sites and highways. Deeply aware of the German highway maintenance and management experience, in many ways I deserve our lessons.
