语言与文化相互依存,密不可分。翻译在语言文化的传播中发挥着桥梁和媒介作用。语言文化的介入给汉英互译工作带来了一定的障碍和挑战。本文主要通过对汉英两种语言文化的四个特征进行分析研究,论证了英汉互译过程中的对策和译者的文化身份。研究表明,深入理解语言、文化的差异,正确认识译者的文化身份,能够促进翻译工作的有效进行,有利于语言文化的交流与传播。
Interdependence between language and culture is inseparable. Translation plays a bridge and media role in the spread of language and culture. The involvement of language and culture has brought some obstacles and challenges to the translation work between Chinese and English. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the four characteristics of the two languages and cultures of both Chinese and English, and demonstrates the countermeasures in the process of mutual translation between English and Chinese and the cultural identities of translators. Research shows that in-depth understanding of the differences between languages and cultures and a correct understanding of the translator’s cultural identity can promote the effective implementation of translation work and facilitate the exchange and dissemination of language and culture.
