近年来由于材料强度的提高,施工工艺的改进,新型结构的发展,建筑物及构筑物越来越呈现大体积、大跨度、大高度的趋势,混凝土用量越来越大。大型混凝土结构投资巨大,一旦强度达不到预定目标,补救困难、造成的损失巨大。因此,在建筑施工过程中混凝土工程质量的控制就显得尤为重要。本文从混凝土的搅拌、浇筑、养护等方面论述了其质量控制措施,从而保证工程质量以及建筑物结构的安全性和使用寿命。
In recent years, due to the improvement of material strength, improvement of construction technology, and development of new structures, buildings and structures have increasingly presented large volumes, large spans, and large heights, and the amount of concrete has been increasing. Large-scale concrete structures have huge investments. Once the intensity reaches a predetermined target, it is difficult to remedy and the losses caused are enormous. Therefore, it is particularly important to control the quality of concrete during the construction process. This article discusses the quality control measures from the aspects of concrete mixing, pouring, maintenance and other aspects, so as to ensure the engineering quality and the safety and service life of the building structure.
