器官移植术是当前公认的治疗各种终末期器官衰竭的有效学科甚至是常规手段。半个多世纪以来器官移植的手术技术已经非常成熟,目前影响器官移植患者术后生存率及生活质量的主要因素是器官间的免疫排斥反应。随着技术的进步,越来越多的新药物应用于抗免疫排斥反应。其中中药提取物具备有效且毒性低的优点,受到广泛关注。青藤碱是从中药青风藤中提纯出来的一种生物碱单体,其具有免疫抑制、抗炎、镇痛等作用,当前在器官抗免疫排斥反应的基础研究越来越广泛,是一种有良好应用前景的新型免疫抑制剂。
