Zhao Jiang, born in December 1958, member of the Communist Party of China, professor and master tutor, Dean of Academic Affairs of Hebei University of Science and Technology. He graduated from Hebei Mechanical and Electrical College with a bachelor’s degree in automation in March 1982 and a bachelor’s degree in automation from the Graduate School of Tianjin University in 1988 with a master’s degree. Now he is a doctoral candidate in control science and engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
