我厂钢管车间是1958年筹建1960年投产的。原设计能力为年产6000吨一般碳素冷拔管。经过25年的努力,目前已形成年产2万吨以上冷拔管生产能力。历年来投资及固定资产总额为500多万元,而上缴利润达1亿多元,税金2800万元,为投资额的25倍。冷拔轴承管获国家银质奖,精密管获冶金部优质品称号,并试制成功了高强度地质钻管及液压支柱管,且形成具有一定特色产品的φ76毫米无缝钢管机组。
Our steel pipe plant was built in 1958 to put into operation in 1960. The original design capacity of 6,000 tons with an annual output of carbon cold drawn tubes. After 25 years of hard work, now has an annual output of more than 20,000 tons cold drawn tube production capacity. Over the years, the total investment and fixed assets amounted to more than 5 million yuan, while the profits surrendered amounted to more than 100 million yuan, taxes 28 million yuan, 25 times the amount of investment. Cold-drawn bearing tube won the national silver medal, precision tube won the title of high-quality Metallurgy Department, and the successful trial of high-strength geological drilling pipe and hydraulic prop tube, and the formation of a certain product features φ76 mm seamless steel pipe unit.
