针对测试条件受雾霾影响太阳集热器室外测试变得愈加困难的现状,为实现太阳集热器室内稳态测试,研究太阳模拟器人造冷天空的设计方法及应用效果,建立人造冷天空各部件传热过程的数学模型;分析风量、风温和环境温度等因素对人造冷天空应用效果的影响,并根据模拟结果指导设计国家级室内太阳模拟试验室的人造冷天空系统。实测结果表明:模型计算结果与实测值较为吻合,人造冷天空满足太阳集热器国际检测标准的要求。
In view of the current situation that the test conditions are affected by the haze of haze on outdoor testing of solar collectors, in order to realize the indoor steady state test of solar collectors, the design method and application effect of solar simulator artificial cold sky are studied, and artificial cold sky The mathematical model of the heat transfer process is analyzed. The influence of air volume, wind temperature and ambient temperature on artificial cold sky is analyzed. Based on the simulation results, the artificial cold sky system of the national indoor solar simulation laboratory is designed. The measured results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured values and the artificial cold sky meets the requirements of international testing standard of solar collectors.
