提出了一种高效率Ｂｌｕｍｌｅｉｎ型微带光导开关电路．并从理论上分析了该光导开关电路的输出特性和不同光功率激励下的工作特点．分析指出这种光导开关具有１００％的电压转换效率。实验结果得到了９３％的电压转换效率．和理论分析结果相吻合。 A high efficiency Blumlein microstrip optical switch is proposed. And theoretically analyzed the output characteristics of the photoconductive switch circuit and the operating characteristics under different optical power excitation. Analysis shows that this type of optical switch with 100% voltage conversion efficiency. The experimental results obtained 93% of the voltage conversion efficiency. And the theoretical analysis of the results match.
