基于ZigBee的交通工程施工现场安全预警系统优化设计

讨论了ZigBee定位原理,以灌河大桥工程建设为实践平台,建立了大桥工程建设现场安全预警系统。并针对大桥工程建设的实际应用环境,对定位算法进行了部分优化工作,主要有:参考节点优化部署,定位算法优化改进,最小能耗设计等。提出利用移动平均滤波器改进定位算法,提高定位结果的精度和稳定性。同时,利用最小电池消耗路由原则对系统能耗进行优化设计,降低系统能耗。此系统已经在江苏省临海高等级公路灌河大桥工程建设现场得到运用,提升了大桥工程建设中的安全管理水平。 The principle of ZigBee positioning is discussed. Taking the construction of Guanhe Bridge as a practical platform, a pre-warning system for on-site safety of the bridge construction is established. In the light of the actual application environment of the bridge construction, some optimization work has been done on the localization algorithm, including optimized reference node deployment, optimization and improvement of positioning algorithm and minimum energy consumption design. Proposed moving average filter to improve the positioning algorithm to improve the positioning accuracy and stability. At the same time, optimize the energy consumption of the system by using the principle of minimum battery consumption and routing, and reduce the system energy consumption. This system has been applied at the construction site of Linhe High-grade Road Irrigation Bridge in Jiangsu Province, which has improved the safety management level of the bridge construction.
