随着我国社会主义市场经济建设的深入,产业与经济结构的调整,大量职工下岗、失业,就业问题已经成为全国关注的焦点。而随着我国经济结构的调整,在中国未来的经济发展中,灵活多变的社区就业将逐渐成为下岗职工再就业的主要渠道。不过虽然社区就业发展的潜力巨大,许多地方目前通过开展社区服务活动,安置下岗职工人数,再就业工作也取得了一些成绩。但是当前社区就业发展仍然存在较大困难,大多数下岗职工、失业人员还徘徊在社区服务之外。是什么原因导致社区就业渠道不畅,再就业工程效果不理想呢?本文省先从下岗职工的自身心理因素来对当前再就业不畅的主要原因加以分析;然后针对性提出了通过心理辅导和职业培训来加以解决的方法。
With the deepening of China's socialist market economy and the adjustment of industries and economic structure, a large number of workers laid off, unemployed and employed have become the focus of attention throughout the country. With the adjustment of China's economic structure, in the future economic development of China, flexible community employment will gradually become the main channel for re-employment of laid-off workers. However, despite the huge potential for community employment development, in many places, some achievements have been made in re-employment through the implementation of community service activities and the resettlement of laid-off workers. However, there still exist major difficulties in the current employment development in the community. Most laid-off workers and unemployed people are still hovering outside community service. What causes the poor employment channels in the community and the unsatisfactory effect of the reemployment project? This article first analyzes the main reasons for the current reemployment problem from the psychological factors of the laid-off workers; then, Vocational training to solve the method.
