在民航安全管理体系之中,自愿报告机制有着相当重要的作用,及时、高质的自愿报告能够有效的解决各种安全隐患。文中从自由报告出发对民航组织安全文化进行探讨。
Voluntary reporting mechanism plays a very important role in the safety management system of civil aviation. Prompt and high-quality voluntary reporting can effectively solve various potential safety hazards. The paper starts from the free report to discuss the safety culture of ICAO.
