介绍了杭州钢铁集团公司采用电炉→连铸→高线轧制一火成材新工艺开发汽车悬架弹簧用55CrSi 盘条的情况。对该盘条的化学成分、表面质量、金相组织、夹杂物含量和力学性能等指标检测结果表明,盘条的表面质量、脱碳层、力学性能等指标达到了国产同类产品的先进水平,可满足不同制簧工艺的要求,弹簧疲劳寿命达到汽车悬架弹簧国家标准规定。 Introduced the Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Corporation using electric furnace → continuous casting → high-temperature firing a new technology into the development of automotive suspension spring 55CrSi wire rod situation. The test results of the chemical composition, surface quality, microstructure, inclusions and mechanical properties of the wire rod indicate that the surface quality, decarburization layer and mechanical properties of the wire rod reach the advanced level of domestic similar products, To meet the requirements of different spring technology, the spring fatigue life to reach the national standard automobile suspension springs.
