当前,并购重组正在成为中国经济转型的重要方式。福建省并购市场呈现明显的同行业并购且呈扩张趋势,表明福建省企业具有强有力的成长性、并购市场存在很大增长空间。GM(1,1)模型的实证结果证实,到2020年福建省并购市场将达2700多亿元交易量,占GDP的4%左右。未来大规模的并购交易不仅需要市场内在活力的推动,也需要政府支持。建立相应的并购交易平台,并鼓励通过金融创新等手段支持并购融资,以促进福建省产业调整和结构优化。
At present, mergers and acquisitions are becoming an important mode of economic restructuring in China. Fujian mergers and acquisitions market showed obvious mergers and acquisitions with the industry and the expansion trend shows that enterprises in Fujian Province has a strong growth, mergers and acquisitions market there is a great room for growth. The empirical results of the GM (1,1) model confirm that the M & A market in Fujian Province will reach over RMB270 billion by 2020, accounting for about 4% of GDP.
