河南省某面粉厂于1986年建设了36个铝合金粮仓、仓面由厚度为3.0毫米的铝合金波纹板卷制成弧形拼制而成,直经6米,高14米,单仓存储小麦330吨,设计使用寿为60年。从1990年起,发现个别粮仓局部出现穿孔、鼓泡现象。至1991年7月,多数粮仓出现大量鼓泡、穿孔及液体溢出等现象,破坏严重的粮仓被迫停止使用。一、现场情况 1、铝合金粮仓剖面结构及主要腐蚀部位如图1示意表示。小麦由入粮口输入,出粮口位于底部。为一混凝土圆台。混凝土紧贴铝合金波纹板,起固定作用。仓内沿圆周方向每隔0.95米有一根钢支撑架,与铝合金波纹板以碳钢螺钉相连接。
A flour mill in Henan province built 36 aluminum grain silos in 1986. The silo surface is made of aluminum alloy corrugated board with a thickness of 3.0 mm.
