气体欠平衡钻井技术是使用空气、氮气、天然气等气体作为循环介质,所以节约了较多的钻井材料费用。气体钻井不光可以减小油层污染,而且还可以缩短钻井周期,延长钻具寿命。随着钻井数量的增加,面临的如井壁坍塌、井下爆炸、地层出水等诸多的问题日益严重。我们需要利用好气体欠平衡钻井技术优点的同时,分析缺点,预防和控制好不利因素。
Gas underbalanced drilling technology is the use of air, nitrogen, natural gas and other gases as a circulating medium, thus saving more drilling material costs. Gas drilling can not only reduce the oil pollution, but also can shorten the drilling cycle and prolong the life of drilling tools. With the increase in the number of drilling, facing many problems such as the collapse of the shaft wall, underground explosion, formation water and so on. We need to make good use of the advantages of gas underbalanced drilling technology, analyze shortcomings, and prevent and control unfavorable factors.
