目的探究喜炎平协同单磷酸阿糖腺苷应用到给小儿手足口病患者开展治疗期间的成效。方法抽取2013年6月—2017年3月来该院就诊的小儿手足口病患者102例并分为两组,对照组51例施以喜炎平开展治疗,试验组51例予以喜炎平协同单磷酸阿糖腺苷开展治疗,并对比探究两组患者的治疗成效、临床症状舒缓时长与住院时长、不良反应的发生率等。结果比较表明了,试验组经过治疗以后的治疗成效、临床症状舒缓时长与住院时长、不良反应的发生率都好于对照组同时(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平协同单磷酸阿糖腺苷应用到给小儿手足口病患者开展治疗期间具备极大的成效,值得大力推行及应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiyanping synergistic monophosphate monophosphate applied to children with hand-foot-mouth disease during treatment. Methods A total of 102 children with HFMD in our hospital from June 2013 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups. 51 patients in the control group were treated with Xiyanping, and 51 patients in the experimental group were treated with Xiyanping Glyphosate monophosphate to carry out treatment, and to explore the two groups of patients compared the efficacy of treatment, clinical symptoms and length of stay and hospitalization, the incidence of adverse reactions. The results show that after treatment, the experimental group after treatment efficacy, clinical symptoms and length of stay and hospital stay, the incidence of adverse reactions are better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping synergistic with monophosphate monophosphate adenosine is applied to children with hand-foot-mouth disease during treatment with great success, it is worth vigorously promote and application.
