通过解析计算和有限元仿真的方法分析了某型坦克发电机中无刷励磁机的动态励磁特性,指出其激磁绕组在高速工作过程中存在瞬态反电势过高的缺点。在此基础上,提出采用磁极端部削角的方法对磁极进行优化设计,以减小励磁磁链波动。有限元动态仿真结果表明:该优化设计方案虽然导致激磁绕组的磁链略有下降,但可以显著降低激磁绕组磁链波动,改善其反电势特性。
The dynamic excitation characteristics of brushless exciter in a tank-type generator are analyzed by means of analytic calculation and finite element simulation. It is pointed out that the excitation winding has the disadvantage of high transient back-EMF during high-speed operation. On this basis, the method of pole-end cutting is proposed to optimize the magnetic pole design to reduce the fluctuation of excitation flux linkage. Finite element dynamic simulation results show that although the optimal design scheme leads to a slight decrease of the flux linkage of the excitation winding, it can significantly reduce the fluctuation of the flux linkage of the excitation winding and improve the back EMF characteristics.
