在因特网普及应用程度较高的发达国家 ,因特网对住房抵押贷款市场特别是一级抵押市场成本结构和进入壁垒的消除已经产生了重大影响 ;网络住房抵押贷款替代了部分传统业务 ;网络提高了住房抵押贷款市场价格透明度 ,并促使住房抵押一级市场不断非中介化。这使得客户获得服务的便利提高、交易成本降低 ,从而增加了消费者剩余。我国商业银行也应在规划与发展网络住房抵押贷款业务上有所作为。
