法学实践教学体系是教学型本科院校法学实践教学工作的顶层设计。通过对铜陵学院法学专业实践教学体系设计实例的探究,提出创新教学型本科院校法学专业实践教学在体系设计上要注重立体性、创新性、主体性、实务性、渐进性和互动性;在体系运行上要综合考量实践教学的运行平台、智力支撑、动力系统以及评价体系等因素,构建和完善与实践教学相配套的保障机制。
The law practice teaching system is the top design of the law practice teaching in the teaching undergraduate colleges. Through the research on the practical teaching system design of law specialty of Tongling University, this paper puts forward that the practical teaching of law major in innovative teaching-oriented universities should pay attention to the three-dimensional, innovative, subjectivity, practice, gradualness and interactivity in the system design. The system operation should comprehensively consider the practical teaching operation platform, the intellectual support, the dynamic system and the evaluation system and other factors, to construct and perfect the guarantee mechanism which is matched with the practice teaching.
