目的探讨低钾血症的临床表现、发病机制及诊治措施。方法通过对我院2007年9月～2008年10月收治的26例低钾血症患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果低钾血症如得到积极诊治,预后较好,26例患者均治愈出院。结论低钾血症是临床上常见的电解质紊乱疾病,宜及时治疗,并积极治疗原发病。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of hypokalemia. Methods The data of 26 patients with hypokalemia treated in our hospital from September 2007 to October 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Hypokalemia, such as active diagnosis and treatment, the prognosis is good, 26 patients were cured. Conclusion Hypokalemia is a common clinical electrolyte disorders, should be treated promptly and actively treat the primary disease.
