小学教育目前在我国属于基础教育阶段,在小学教育发展的前提下,小学教育课程中开设英语课程,让学生在小学阶段即奠定英语基础。不过,由于小学英语课程的成立时间相对较短,小学英语教师素养还未完全具备,对此也无明确要求等。文章针对小学英语教展开研究,在教学情况的具体结合下,笔者对小学英语教师素养提出个人意见与建议,希望为小学英语教育保驾护航。
Primary education is currently in our elementary education stage. Under the precondition of primary education, English courses are offered in primary education so that students can lay down the foundation of English in primary school. However, since the establishment of primary English courses is relatively short, the quality of primary English teachers is not yet fully met and there is no specific requirement on this. The article is aimed at the elementary English education research, under the concrete combination of the teaching situation, the author puts forward personal opinions and suggestions to the primary school English teacher’s accomplishment, hoping to escort the primary school English education.
