副翼是飞机机翼的重要组成部分,其周围气体流动对飞机翻转起着重要作用。对多场求解器MFS和MFX数据的交换方式进行了研究和对比分析,并介绍了实现流固耦合分析的多种方式。采用有限元软件ANSYS-Workbench的双向流固耦合分析系统对飞机副翼转动过程中的气体流动进行分析。通过分析得到了不同时刻下副翼转动气动特性,有效避免副翼反效和提高副翼效率,为提高飞机的操纵性能提供依据。
Ailerons are an important part of the aircraft’s wings and the flow of gas around it plays an important role in turning the aircraft over. The MFS and MFX data exchange modes of multi-field solvers are studied and compared, and a variety of ways to realize the fluid-solid coupling analysis are introduced. The finite element software ANSYS-Workbench’s two-way fluid-solid coupling analysis system was used to analyze the gas flow during the aileron’s rotation. By analyzing the aerodynamic characteristics of the aileron at different moments, the ailerons can be effectively avoided and the efficiency of the aileron can be improved, providing the basis for improving the handling performance of the aircraft.
