本文观察10例高血压患者单次口服巯甲丙脯酸50mg后血清血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(SACE)的变化,见到服药后2h SACE为服药前的13％,6h为服药前的56％。这种变化与高效液相色谱法测定血中巯甲丙脯酸浓度吻合。此外,本文讨论了用SACE监测巯甲丙脯酸的有关问题。
This article observed 10 patients with hypertension in a single oral captopril 50mg after the change of serum angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme (SACE) to see 2h after taking SACE before taking 13%, 6h before taking 56% . This change coincides with the determination of captopril in blood by high performance liquid chromatography. In addition, this article discusses the issues related to the monitoring of captopril with SACE.
