为确定大型铸钢件砂型热物性参数,对17.5t铸钢试件进行了测温实验;将确定后的热物性参数应用于300t快锻机下横梁铸件凝固过程的模拟。结果表明,400℃时,砂型导热系数最小;温度大于600℃时,砂型比热随温度升高而增大的速度减小。优化设计下横梁铸件冷铁及补贴有利于补缩,可防止缩孔缩松。
In order to determine the thermal properties of large-scale steel castings, 17.5t cast steel specimens were tested for temperature. The determined thermal properties were used to simulate the solidification process of the cast-iron beams under 300t rapid billet press. The results show that when the temperature is 400 ℃, the thermal conductivity of the sand is the smallest. When the temperature is higher than 600 ℃, the rate of increase of specific heat of the sand decreases with increasing temperature. Under the optimal design of the cold-rolled steel and iron casting subsidies are conducive to shrinkage, shrinkage shrinkage can be avoided.
