一、离休人员参加基本医疗保障有关政策1.离休人员参加基本医疗保障有哪些待遇?根据《陕西省离休干部医疗保障试行办法》(陕办发[2001]36号)有关规定,我省离休人员参加基本医疗保障,离休干部医药费按照属地管理的原则,实行单独统筹、集中管理、若有合理超支由财政保底的制度;实行单独统筹后离休干部的医疗待遇不变,在城镇职工基本医疗保险三个目录规定范围内发生的医药费实报实销。
