目的:建立测定栀子金花丸中盐酸黄柏碱含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil-C18柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(31∶69)(每100 mL中加十二烷基磺酸钠0.18 g)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为284 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:盐酸黄柏碱浓度在5.6~28.0μg/mL间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),盐酸黄柏碱平均回收率为100.8%,方法精密度RSD为0.68%(n=6)。结论:该法可用于栀子金花丸中盐酸黄柏碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of cork hydrochloride in Zhizi Jinhua Wan. Methods: The mobile phase was RP-HPLC, Diamonsil-C18 column, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (31:69) mL / min, the detection wavelength was 284 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The average concentration of cork hydrochloride was between 5.6 and 28.0 μg / mL (r = 0.9996). The average recovery of cork alkali was 100.8%. The precision RSD was 0.68% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method can be used for determination of cork hydrochloride in Zhizi Jinhua Wan.
