全军野战卫生装备专业组第三届学术会议于1985年4月23～27日在济南召开。会议共收到论文108篇,现综述如下。一、战伤急救器材方面1.急救包扎材料沈阳军区81237部队卫生队研制出快速包扎器材弹力四头带及快速包扎三角巾。弹力四头带是用弹力布作敷料块的外层材料,快速包扎三角巾系采用现行装备的三角巾增钉了尼龙搭扣而成。改进后的四头带和快速包扎三角巾具有操作简单、包扎速度快、包扎牢固和效果良好等优点。弹力四头带尤其适用于胸、腹部外伤的包扎。军事医学科学院卫生装备研究所研制的82型急救包,选用无纺布代替了现行装备的63型急救包中的天然棉纱布和原棉,既可节约原棉,又可减少开支。2.止血器材第三军医大学野战外科研究所研制了 PT-1型局部充气止血带和 ET-1型止血带。
The third field conference of the PLA field medical equipment professional group was held in Jinan on April 23-27, 1985. The conference received a total of 108 papers, are summarized below. Military Academy of Medical Sciences Institute of Health and Equipment developed 82 type of emergency kits, the use of non-woven fabric instead of the existing equipment, 63 type of first aid kit in natural cotton gauze and cotton, both to save raw cotton, but also reduce costs. 2. Hemostatic Equipment The Third Military Medical University Institute of Field Surgery developed PT-1 type partial inflation tourniquet and ET-1 type tourniquet.
