异步轧制工艺可降低轧制力,并能突破同步轧制的最小可轧厚度。在工作辊径D=8mm,支承辊传动的四辊实验轧机上实现了异步轧制,进而在二十辊轧机上实现了异步轧制并进行了多辊轧机异步轧制实验研究。实验结果表明,多辊轧机异步轧制极薄带可降低产品最小可轧厚度,提高带材质量。在二十辊轧机上采用异步轧制可以获得宽75mm,厚度低于0.00mm的极薄带材。工作辊径与带材厚度的比值D/h大于8250,带材宽度与厚度比值B/h大于75000,达到同类轧机的先进水平。
Asynchronous rolling process can reduce the rolling force, and can break through the minimum rolling thickness of synchronous rolling. Asynchronous rolling was carried out on a four-roll experimental mill with a work roll diameter of D = 8mm and back-up roll drive, and then asynchronous rolling was carried out on a twenty-roll mill and an experimental study was conducted on the asynchronous rolling of the multi-roll rolling mill. The experimental results show that the multi-roll mill asynchronously rolling thin strip can reduce the minimum product thickness and improve the quality of the strip. Adopting asynchronous rolling on a twenty-high mill can produce very thin strip with a width of 75mm and a thickness of less than 0.00mm. Work roll diameter and strip thickness ratio D / h greater than 8250, strip width and thickness ratio B / h greater than 75,000, to reach the advanced level of the same type of mill.
